Hi everyone I'm new to Back Yard Chickens. My family has always had chickens growing up and as I have gotten older I have started getting into quail, ducks, and geese. Right now I have 6 silver Appleyard ducks and 6 chickens. I have blue laced red Wyandotte's and one older mixed hen. I love having fresh eggs and that I can give left over vegs to then so they don.t get waisted. I love just got into backpacking last year, and we kayak all summer long normally.
