I am fairly new to chickens. We got ours last summer.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
1 Roo and 11 hens, we are getting another 10 in April
(3) What breeds do you have?
Australorp, Americana, Blue Rock, Rhode Island Red, Sexlink, and the roo is a Barnvelder
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I just love watching their quirkiness and love having fresh eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Being with my grandchildren, being outside.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We also have 2 Rottweilers, a Pembroke Welch Corgi, a cat, and 2 rats.
