Hello. I have 13 girls; some I’ve had for a couple years and others have been with us for a just few months. Over the two years we have probably had about 24 or so hens; but because of our inexperience with how to protect them from predators or from sickness, we have lost a lot. I’m still sad about those hens but happy to have learned many lessons. In addition to our girls, we have honey bees and a sweet Labrador named Grooty. I’m looking forward to learning a lot from this community.
