Hello all. New to the BYC community as well as chickens themselves, from Missouri. I fell in love right away these birds. I’ve tried to hatch some eggs with a homemade incubator but have failed after about 5 days due to temperatures. My husband saw me bawling my eyes out over my failure and bought me an actual incubator. So here I am again on my fourth attempt. Fingers crosse. Looking forward to learning all I can. I have 9 chickens 2 roosters. i was told they are Easter eggers. They lay bluish green eggs. I have one that lays brown eggs, honestly though. I’m not sure which one it is.
