Are you aware there are a lot of chicken diseases that can just kill instantly without any signs of illness?

It's mute at this point but if you should lose another bird, from your new flock, please remember that you can get a necropsy performed at your state lab to find out why they die. It can be extremely helpful to know exactly what caused to death especially if it was something that could have been prevented.

Thank you for the information 😊 and yes I’m well aware that it is only a hypothesis not an educated diagnoses. I have been paying close attention to the other birds which are thriving. There were no health conditions prior to the death and no reason to suspect disease as they have been properly cared to the best of my abilities for, but it will always remain a mystery I suppose :confused:
