Hello. Just swinging in to grab a SketchUp plan & build coop number ... three?
We are a solid 10 years into backyard chickens in an area with no specific headcount limit per 1/2 acre.
Sometimes it's a full house. Sometimes there is a crime scene. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say whatever chickens say to eachother. Sometimes there are roosters. Sometimes there are crowing hens. Sometimes there are silkies or bantys and sometimes not. Sometimes they lay and sometimes they brood and sometimes they abide. Sometimes they get loose and roost 30' off the ground.
We saw the diapers and I have to admit that we got as far as trying to figure out the pattern. Fortunately for them, we've settled on the idea of setting aside secure space along the boundaries for the ladies to pretty much manage their own schedules. They don't mind what we call them as long as we call them for breakfast and dinner!
