Hi everyone, I’ve been raising chicken 4 years. First I got 6 my ladies (leghorns), then we got Dharma and Gregory (Rhode Island) Dharma past away because she got injured and we don’t have any vet around here that treat chicken😔. Then I got the black australop, buff Orpington and then my sexlink. Total I had 27. I worked at a clinic as a receptionist and sometime it can be so stressful but whenever I see my babies they make me feel better. I have my 2 kids and my boyfriend loved watching them. Recently I lost 4 of my chickens due of the dogs. I was devastated. 1 rooster survive but have a big wound on his back and I don’t have any knowledge about it. I was so desperate looking for help but I can’t find anyone, look at the internet to find a vet but no one will treat him. Finally I decide to treat donut the same way I’ll treat my kids… I sat down and google some question and found this website… I am so happy to know that there’s people willing to help others. Hope I can also share some of my knowledge over the years raising my chickens.
