(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I got two chickens of my own 4 months ago, but I've been volunteering to feed a friends chicken coop for a little under 2 years
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
two, but I'm looking into getting more soon
(3) What breeds do you have?
a silkie, and a red sex-link
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
the way they form bonds with their owners makes me happy
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
i crochet and transcribe music
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
i have 4 dogs 2 cats, and im currently looking for either a job or volunteer work that has to do with chickens
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
i found out about BYC after looking up some of the things my chickens do, and decided it would be fun to join
