I’m a new chicken owner! I love chickens, I love all animals!!!!!!!! I’ve got 2 RIR hens, 1 RIR rooster, 1 Australorp hen, 1 EE and 1 white hen yet to be determined. They are being spoiled! I hope to learn how to be a good caregiver to my babies!

Welcome. When you get ready to build the run, use 1/2 inch hardware cloth on sides, top and make a hardware cloth apron (it is when you attach at the bottom and then run on the ground out 2-feet, for digging predators). I can tell how much you love them and just want to help you keep them safe.
