Greetings Everyone,

Recently moved to Arkansas from Northern CA since retiring and looking for ideas for different like-minded folks for chicken raising and garden designs. My family and I have had chickens in the past as well as gardens. I hear that the soil here is not ideal for growing gardens. My adult son has lived on this property for a year and has lots of chickens, and just dispatched some of his yesterday.

Any and all opinions are greatly appreciated.

We have a forum for Gardening you could peruse or ask questions. There's also a state thread for Arkansas you could check out and maybe ask there too for some pointers.
