Hi! I am new-ish to raising cotournix quail (about a year in). I am an esthetician (skincare) and have struggled with acne in my twenties. After becoming an Acne Expert I found out Chicken eggs are an acne trigger for me. I made the swap to quail eggs and my skin has made leaps and bounds. Anyways that’s how I got into raising quail, I am a big animal lover so they are like my children. I am very emotionally attached to these un-intelligent little birds which can be heartbreaking. I joined this group to learn how to be better equipped for quail injuries. I want the very best for my feathered babies<3
