Yes those with Chicken egg allergies are usually safe to eat Quail eggs. And a bonus is the Quail themselves, they are quite enjoyable to keep!

Welcome to BYC! We used to have wild quail that would take their babies for walks through the urban area of the city and we'd have to stop the car and let them all walk in front or underneath us because they had no fear of cars.... Such silly birds but they were hilarious and so much fun to watch!
