Hi! New member! I hope to have ducks, quails, and possibly chickens in the near future and would love any advice given to me!

Welcome. As far as chickens...don't buy a premanufactured coop. Either build your own coop or convert a shed....secure, walk-in space is very important. Same goes for the run...make it very big and very secure...1/2 inch hardware cloth is your best friend.
