Just joined the forum, first time raising chickens on our own. My wife and I truly enjoy our feathered family “Our girls” 
we have 4 Rhode Island Reds we’ve had for a year and to say they’re spoiled is an understatement. We have added 10 more little girls to our feathered family/7Black Jersey Giants and 3 Buff Orpingtons. In the process of transforming a 10x16 building in to a chicken condo with a run to house the whole brood. We also have 3 ducks with 8 more in the incubator since our girls haven’t figured out the nesting thing yet. So Dr. Dolittle doesn’t have anything on us,we’re both retired and starting a new family with feathers
