There aren't any chicken eggs in the nest, my husband kept taking them out of the goose coop before the goose started laying eggs he was afraid the goose would break them, we had 1 egg about a week ago but it was from a different layer (small white egg) and the hen that's sitting on the goose eggs lays Big brown eggs. She is a big girl.Hiya, and welcome to BYC!We're glad you're here!
I think it'll work as the hen's eggs will hatch first, and she can go off with the chicks while your goose stays sitting on the goose eggs.
If you have issues at all with this later, I would post about it here:

Its iffy. Some hens will continue to sit and others will give up when moved. If you are concerned about their security, move them. If you are concerned about other hen disturbing them, I'd just move the new eggs out each day. We were wondering if we moved her to a different coop with eggs she would sit on them and not stress her or the goose out since they seem to have a system?
