Click on Forums (the first brown tab at the top), then click the green Post thread tab. You choose the appropriate forum - like you did with new member introductions, and then post away!

I should add that I answered that on a laptop and now see that on a tablet, the forums tab isn’t brown, it’s just the first word under the brown bar.
