Hi,
I am a new member located in southwest Missouri, I am not not new to owning chickens I have had chickens for about 18 years. I currently am interested in improving my understanding and care for chickens as I recently have purchased the Orphington breed.
I have about 15 hens and 3 roosters.

Orpingtons are wonderful birds! One of my first hens was a Buff Orp; she was an absolute delight who always came running when she heard me call, "Where's my fine hen?"

This is an incredible community of knowledgeable folks who will be happy to share what they know, offer support when you're challenged and cheer you on when you are successful.
