If you get him 2 hens at once he will be delighted and have to spread his attentions. This is usually what is needed to make it work. If not then rehome the hens and back to batchelorhood for Timothy.

Hiya, and welcome to BYC!

Timothy is so cute, and what a lucky rooster he is! Sometimes they are gentlemen with the hens, but nasty towards humans. I have many roosters, and one is like that. Just don't get one though. I'd check in the poultry groups for your state/area on Facebook and you might find someone close looking to sell a few hens.
