Hi my name is Armyne. I am not new to the world of poultry but returning on a small scale. I used to have show poultry in the 1970. I had silkies , polish and blue orphingtons. I just purchased a soro 20 incubator. When I lived in Utah in the 1970's we had a very nice comercial hatchery who would hatch our eggs. Now I live in Oregon and will need to hatch my own eggs.
The research I did on the sero made the incubator sound good. Since I will never have a lot of birds the incubator sounded like it will fit my needs. It should arive early next week.
I would like to have some nice silkies, some blue splash marans and lavender orphingtons.
I currently have a pair of cookoo silkies and some bantam wheaton/blue wheaton Amercaucanas. I also have a pair of blue ancona ducks and a pair of tufted roam geese.
