Hello.
I joined a while ago, but this is my first posting. I think I have a new page, too, but I'm not sure the photos work on it. I live in McClellanville, SC and have 14 chickens, five just over a year old and nine 2 1/2 month olds. There are a lot of poultry people in the Village and surrounding area and we are going to have an Eggstravaganza to benefit the McClellanville Arts Council on 30 Oct 2010 - first time for such a thing for everyone, so send good thoughts and prayers our way.
I have to admit that I have greatly enjoyed and profitted from the posts I've read during the past year while getting up my courage to join you all (posting, that is). They have been most helpful - thank you all.
Once I figure out about the photos, I'll send in ones of my coops - and of the one being made for the Eggstravaganza raffle - it is going to look like a chicken and is most fun.
Thank you all for being here or out there wherever you are.
