I would separate them. There's no telling what the drakes would do to the eggs. You should keep the drakes in a pen until the eggs hatch. That way you don't have to move the mother and cause more stress.

Hi and from Ohio. So glad you joined. I would separate in pairs. From my experience the drakes usually won't hurt the ducklings but I have had females fight over the ducklings and were killed from the fall out. Good luck.
