Hi everyone! My husband and I are retired nurses and live in Iowa. We have a mix of hens for eggs and usually butcher about 30 Cornish in the spring for the freezer. We are babysitting 10 hens for our daughter while she vacations in Florida! We are thinking about hatching some turkey eggs this year, We also have a few goats that we have collected over the past year. Kidding has started so staying busy. Our weather is pretty mild this winter--so far. Looking forward to chatting with some of you.
