Thanks for the welcome. New to the chic world. Looking for knowledge and experience here. Also looking for those big beautiful blue Cochins, that I can't seem to find here in VA.

Cochin's are awesome! I have the bantam size and have almost every color except for blue! Just had my first blue spotted one grow up. He turned out to be Rooster. Very fiesty as a chick. Very cowardly as an adult!

I'll have to ask my fellow S.C. chicken friend for you. Good luck finding some. It's kind of funny, hatcheries say they sell them but then when you read the description they say there is no guarantee that you actually receive a blue one. UGH!
