Hi all from a chilly SW TEXAS temp setting at 38 degrees
Hope new Barred Rocks are doing ok out there
But they were ok last week when it was colder

38 degrees, brrr. They probably won't mind too much though, they are pretty cold hardy.

everything is relative. We finally heated up to upper thirties after a few days with highs - 5 to -10, so we were sheltering. I had to wear my lightest jacket to shovel snow. I would think birds with their feather insulation wouldn't mind temps like that at all.
