Hi! I am now to this site. Presently I do not have any chickens, but want a few to raise. I have been looking up information on the ordinances for city that I live in on allowing chickens and have been unsuccessful in my search in the past. Tonight, I was directed to a posting by a member of this site that lives in the same area and apparently found the answer and it is "no". I am hoping to find out information on how to change that. We shall see what happens!!!

You may be able to have a small bantam chicken or two as house pets. Check out the BYC thread "People with house chickens."
