Welcome to BYC! Please make yourself at home and we are here to help.

Congrats on your new flock! Barnvelders and wyandottes are great chickens. Very pretty, full of personality and producers of lots of eggs! And 3 is a good size for a beginning flock. It makes it real easy to bond with each of the birds. I had three hens for a while and loved how much time I got to spend with each one. When you have a large flock, it's harder to get to know each one individually. I hope you are enjoying them! Welcome to the community.
