Hello,

I actually just joined so I could respond to your post! I have been skulking out reading the forum for a while. We are buying our first house and I want to raise some backyard poultry. First I just considered chickens but now I'm seeing ducks and quail as options as well! I think we will have two chickens, two ducks, and who knows how many quail since they mature so quickly (meaning we can eat them)!! I'm pretty excited about the prospects! I'm guessing your ordering hatching eggs for the quails. I'm not seeing them for sale around here. I'm having a hard time finding many poultry choices in arkansas though...
