Wanting to learn

Good Monday morning
My name is Dennis and we are completing our first year of raising chickens. Still have a lot to learn. We currently have 8 chickens, 2 leghorns, 5 Rhode Island Reds, and 1 Barred Rock. Raised from chicks to layers. Built our own coop which turned out great in my mind at least. Still have much to figure out to make sure I am keeping them healthy and happy. Thinking about getting a few more chicks this spring.

Sounds like you did well with your first flock. Check out the forums for helpful info (adding chickens to your flock, coop and run ideas, health issues and so much more). Ask questions, folks are pretty good at answering questions
