Bears - is it possible to have "bear proof," anything? Do you need to use HI VOLTAGE fencing to keep them away?

I put roof nails in a hinged ramp so bear cant stand an push direct on door and a slide door for run entry and exit .locks up tight at nite or at least id wake [ blue heeler dogs ]if a bear was really trying hard to get in . no electricity just for led lights .

I believe my design with the spikes works has so far no where for bear to stand to break in .He could rip a wall open I guess but pretty sure the dogs would hear something like that thus warning me .
