Can you post a few pictures if said bumps?

Pic 1=leg shot. Pic 2=leg with bump, not burst. Pic 3=bump that has burst. As I said, she doesn't seem bothered by the condition of her legs, she moves freely, runs without any problems. I've cleaned it with an anticeptic wipe because that's all I had. I'm just concerned about infection getting in or the others pecking at it. It seems to be healing on its own, just want reassurance I'm doing the right thing.

Looks like she has a seriously bad case of scaly leg mites.

Some type of oil, vaseline, bag balm.
Put it on daily for a week to smother the mites.
