I'm hiding the incubators in the guest room

LOL I ordered a Brower Top hatch but I have a feeling some of my eggs will beat it here so I went to the local feed store and picked up a LG Styrofoam. We'll see how much I love/hate it. Long term plans are to use it as a hatcher once the Brower shows up. I waited forever for a brinsea coupon to come out and ended up buying a Brower go figure... The Brinsea is soo cool but the affordable ones don't hold very many eggs...

You might as well get the "egg-turner" also.

You will probably be happy with it that way.

sounds like there are alot of chickies soon to be hatching. I recently bought an Humidaire and have my first batch of eggs in... always so exciting... now if this one keeps the humidity up better than my LG I will be a happy camper...heres hoping!

I'm reading up on the LG now just in case I need the info. Anyone see a problem with starting eggs in the LG then moving them over to the Brower when it shows up and is up to temp?

Ahhhhh nooooo not an lg.....there I said it....sorry I am prejudice after losing about 400 bucks in gamefowl eggs to them. I guess I was dumb to have put that much money and confidance into a cheap bator. Oh well live a.nd learn

One thing about the LG incubator....

IF you can find an old KNOB from a radio....put THAT on the temperature adjustment......then you will be able to make adjustments more precisely. (use the largest-diameter knob that will fit comfortably.)
