new Mixed Flock

We started here in SE Idaho this spring and have 8 turkeys, 2 geese, 5 ducks and about 30 chickens. 5 breeds of turkey and 8 breeds of chickens. We are only planning at this stage to produce eggs (both to eat and fertilized) and hatchings for sale. Since March, we have lost only 3 to pedators and now that the geese are grown we have not had any problems. We are looking to expand our flock to a full time poultry farm, and any advice is very welcome. Still want to add Brahmas and silkies to our flock. and we always have a heritage rooster or 2 to trade for uncommon breeds.
