new momma and her babies...what am I?

got this momma and her two babies at a chicken auction ....any idea what she might be? she does have furry feet.....

My guess is she is a mix. The Buff Orpington wouldn't have fuzzy legs. Now a Buff Brama (sp) would have fuzzy legs but some black around the neck. Sure is a pretty girl and cute babies. They have "clean" legs. Maybe they are adopted?

Momma is still very protective... this weekend I will let her loose with my other chickies but I want to be around so that I can monitor.....

They are so sweet. I don't know what they are though. Yes they could be adopted. My hen adopted 3 from Atwoods. They could be hers and just not look exactly like her also. Thanks for the pics.

We have some Red Cochin's that look very similar to that and have the fuzzy legs.

They really can be adopted for what happens is you usually have the flock lay there eggs in one spot than one hen goes broody on the hole clutch and hatches out babys from other hens but claims them for her own

I don't see any feathered legs. I think they are Buff Orpingtons, the chicks look exactly like the ones I got today in the mail, but I could be wrong. Good luck they sure are pretty.
