Appearance: Clydesdale-like. She often wears a simple dress.
Personality: Terribly shy and sensitive. She trusts very few.
Mate/Crush: N/A.
History: Her father, also a farmer, died a terrible, machinery-related death before Bertha's very own eyes when she was only three. Some say this is why she is so different and afraid. The young mare still has flashbacks and nightmares to this day.
Other: Hazel is her mother.

Appearance: A leggy pinto.
Personality: Quiet, although rather headstrong and forceful when needed to get her point through. Quite family-oriented.
Mate/Crush: Deceased.
History: Hazel was born into a small farming community, and met her future husband at the tender age of five. Her parents and his parents arranged for the two to be married once they hit age sixteen, which would make it so their two farms would earn more money when merged together. Unfortunately, Hazel's parents decided to retire and leave once their daughter was married so she and her new husband could work there instead, and her husband was eventually killed by farm machinery. After working alone and barely earning enough money for her and her child, she left the farming business. Her own daughter now tends to what's left of the fields, and is so far doing a swell job of restoring during her free time.
Other: After her spouse was killed, she became a warrior because it paid better.
