'bout spun my head 360 when I saw a little amish gal, no older than 18 and barely able to see through the steering wheel over the dash of a MAJOR dually leaving the auction a couple of months ago.
mennonite are more likely to be power users, however my understanding is that it's not a no-modern-tools thing really, it's that each modern convienence is evaluated by the group to determine if it advances or detracts from their relationships with each other and with god. if it detracts, it's not used. if it doesn't detract, then it may be used in narrow specific ways, particularly in doing business with the outside world.
