New nest box. What do you think?

I also would not pay the price for that. I use the covered cat litter boxes myself. You can put them on the floor or mount them on a shelf. Easy to clean and the hens love them.

Ummm....yeah, you're looney. LOL Thats insane to pay that much for ONE nest box. Do a search here and see how people use 5 gal buckets for nest boxes. Same thing, but MUCH less expensive.

I think it is strictly personal choice. If you like it, go for it. If you don't have to supply a ton of hens and only have a couple, there is no reason you shouldn't spend your money how you wish. I like the cat boxes, I use milk crates, but buckets, and they still find somewhere else,, but they will every now and then drop an egg in my supplied nest just to make me feel better!
