New Nesting Box Issue

We recently built a new coop for our flock. We found a large 12 hole commercial style nesting box at a yard sale and installed it in our large coop. Our laying birds refuse to even explore it. They are laying eggs in the gravel driveway now.

Help. We've locked them in and that didn't work. Fake eggs inside disnt work either. How can I get them to try the big scary looking boxes on the wall??

Fill it with soft bedding and lock the Hens up for a few day till they begin using the boxes....They need to be trained to use them....Monkey see monkey do.....
