I am now working on this project alone. Here it is so far. It's hard to get much done with all the rain we have here!

Well, l'm sorry you are doing this by yourself, as this beautiful project is a big one, and wow, any project is easier and more enjoyable with 2 heads and 4 hands. You've accomplished so much, and I know you must be eager to see it finished! We are almost finished with ours and it felt like I was never going to see the end of painting!

So why the pegboard floor?

Vinyl flooring, black and white, goes with the color scheme.

Put vinyl flashing on the little roof this afternoon, and painted the exposed wood up there. I was actually up on the lower roof doing that, and I was a little scared up there.

Next job is shingles. More ladder work. I can't wait until the top bits are done.

I can't say enough good things about vinyl flashing. Easy to cut, easy to staple gun, looks good. There will be more of that used on this coop. Also, I am in love with Liquid Nails construction adhesive. And covered with it.
