Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Iwiw X2 this too many roosters for 14 hens. You might be able to get away with 2 roo's, but not three. As for his age, the growth of the spurs can help to tell how old he is if they are still growing in.

So I think you will need to rehome one of these 3 boys.

Ok thanks the old roosters spurs are about an inch and a half long and close to thick as a #2 pencil I made a mistake it is 16 hen but I understand that the old boy may have to go

Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! When the old boy gets more settled in you may have more fighting again also, I would worry about your Silkie roo. Just as a guess, he's probably 2+ years old, most of my standards have spurs about that size when they hit 2-3, but it really varies.

I agree that's too many roosters. Also, never just put a new bird in with your flock; that is a potential disease problem. Quarantine for a month is the minimum you should do to watch for signs that the new bird is a carrier of disease, and even then, it may not show up until the bird gets into the flock, which is why I never buy started birds like that. Just an FYI for the future.
