Yep, Curly does fight for his food, but he just can't forage around as easily as the other ducks, so if people don't feed him, he gets really thin and looks starved. Otherwise, he's just like any other duck at the lake and does all the normal ducky things.

Did you notice the coots were taking the food right out of his mouth? That was pretty funny.
