Do you still have Soupy? Rosie looks like a roo. But, has got muffs/beard like his/her mother. I still think it might be 85%/25% (roo/pullet)

Yeah,Rosie is a boy....I would guess giving your chickens flower names is an auto way to make them boys LOL!

I think she is girl, other than the comb their is not one feather that says boy, it could be a hen feathered male I suppose.
