New picture - just wanted to post!

Chrissie and her seven foster babies now sleep in a nesting box. I have no idea how the littles get up there, but they make a cute picture. They are all there, but two of them aren't visible.

I have a buff that is in her 2nd stint of broodiness and I have wondered if I should do something similiar.....oh....I surely would like to. Would love to see pics as they get bigger.

Oh!! How darling!!

I have a Buff Orp who goes broody on me once or twice every year. I wonder how she would do if given a clutch of eggs to hatch? I may have to try this next spring when she gets the urge once again!

What breed is Chrissie? She's a lovely bird. And appears to be an absolute natural at the mommie business!
