Stacie's horse caught the scent of someone. He galloped faster, excited. His rider was thrown off balance and landed on the ground in a pile of leaves, knocked out by the impact of the ground.

T'lan looked up at him, dark crisisimon lava flowing down her face like tears. Her eyes burned with fury. "Leave." She said firmly.

Lucas blinked at the anger in her eyes and voice. Flinching back from the Jinn. He sat there for a moment, gazing at the lava like tears that were streaming down her face. He bit his lip, his selfish heart telling him to run and run now. "No." He surprised himself, but his voice was firm. He stood up, his hands balling into fists and trembling. "I'm not going anywhere." He furrowed his brow as a horse walked up to them, snorting and turning his attention back to the Jinn.

Kaydat began to shrug his massive shoulders but thought better of it, not sure how the inexperienced riders would react. Ellayn would have merely shifted her weight to stay perched upon his back, but she had decades of experiance. "Your manor and clothing made me believe you were of one of the Houses. Do forgive me, La.... Rosemary. I suppose it would be considered an insult to be counted among nobility in this day and age. Tell me more of your small wooden home."
(Very sorry I haven't been on here much, I'll try post more often :))

"Oh no, not at all. It's fine" Rosemary smiled, still slightly embarrised. She shifted a bit on the dragons back, and gazing ahead to where they were going, answered the last question, "Not very much to tell- at least none that you would find of any interest. I've two older brothers, one left a while ago for unknown reasons" A slight look of distcust flashed in her hazel eyes on that last sentance. "My father is a carpenter," Rose continued, "And my Mother is currently at home, ill". The girl glanced down, feeling about guilty now she thought about it- leaving her mother at home

T'lan stood up, growing angrier, forcing her arms to re-light. "Do you seek death, or are you just as foolish as I think you are?"

Tollia shook her head, pointing to her pack then Gar's satchel. "We are carrying all that we own in the world." She smirkes and spoke to Gar under her breath. "Not much is it?" He smiled back and chuckled, patting her knee. "It's more than enough."

Florence just nodded quietly. Sterling nudged his horses sides the horse heading straight into a trot Florence's horse following behind it.

Kaydar snorted softly, rustling his quills. "I am sorry for taking you from her side. We should be able to find T'lan soon. In fact I believe that is her scent now." Kaydar folded his wings tightly, shooting down between the trees towards the scent of the Jinn.

The grey stallion slid to a halt, seeing them. He reared and neighed, his reins falling to the ground, making it obvious he had just thrown his rider.

Stacie still lay limp on the ground, lying on her back.

T'lan stood up, growing angrier, forcing her arms to re-light. "Do you seek death, or are you just as foolish as I think you are?"

He looked from her to the horse and back again. Biting his lip. He raced towards the horse and swung into its saddle, spurring it into a run and calling over his shoulder, guilt filling him at his cowards heart. "I shall return soon, Milady! First I must find this fellow's master." He closed his eyes as the horse galloped away, cursing himself and his loathsome heart.
