WELCOME !

And yes, wyandotte bantams do exist.
Here's a pic of my son's black rooster:

He seemed 'kinda big' even when young (we got him at about 5 weeks old) but at about 2 months old he seemed to stop 'growing' and started filling out.
He's a fiesty little thing; will jump at the fence about every 4 or 5 days, when he does jump, I go in, pick him up, and carry him around 15 minutes or so
After that, he's good for another 4 - 5 days.
I think he does it just for me to pick him up!!
He has a certain stance right before he jumps and I noticed it yesterday -- well, I ignored him, didn't even look at him when I walked by and he never jumped.
But in spite of the jumping, if i go into the pen, he runs from me, tries to hide in the corner.
Go figure!

What a gorgeous shiny rooster! Thanks for your advice. I will take it slowly with the Little Girls moving out as teh weather is still cold for Melbourne spring and the Pekin was so grumpy with them
The chicks seem so flighty and jumpy and panicky when handled; will they calm down when they get older?
