HELP please. I purchased 5 BBB along with 12 chicks from a hatchery. They were in the same box but separated. The sent one extra chick. 3 chicks were dead in the box. One chick and one turkey had one eye closed and both have since died. All had diarrhea. I have them separated in wading pool brooders with brown paper on the floor. They both have electrolytes and probiotics and the chicks are on medicated chick starter. The chicks seem to have recovered and droppings appear normal.
The remaining turkeys are on game bird starter. They have not recovered. Their droppings are extremely wet. They are active, eating and drinking but I'm afraid they're getting dehydrated. How do I stop the diarrhea?
