I have just been contacted by the hatchery I ordered my little peeps from this year. Our government has in the works a plan to increase the cost of mailing "live Animals", for me this means my chicks for an additional $9 to $11.50 a box! They sent me a sample letter and an email/postal address to send it to to be heard. This is terrible! I am raising chicks as a project to be with my grandchildren, I am teaching them a little about animals, a little about being together, a little about being responsible, and a little about how America used to be and how I believe it should be now. Anyone who would like to help by also sending in your view, let me know and I will send you the link.
