New Pullets

We're picking up our new pullets tomorrow. We'll be getting 2 Rhode Island Reds and 1 black Dominique... any suggestions on how long we should keep them separate from the 2 roosters that we have? The roosters are over a year old and also, what is the best thing to feed them while being so young?... laying mash?
