I am so sorry! That news is heartbreaking. You did such a great job trying to pull her through this.

I am sorry to hear this, such a thing could have been prevented with the original owner just giving vaccination. This is the reason all my pups get vaccinated between 5 and 6 weeks and my adults get their shots yearly.

So sorry but you gave it everything you had.

Olli, I've been watching this thread and hoping for the best. I'm SO incredibly sorry to hear this news. I know you must be heartbroken and can only offer my deepest sympathy.


I must say you handled that woman with extreme restraint. I applaud your strength. I'm not sure I could have held the "sailor within" back from cutting loose on her.

You have done such a wonderful job of taking care of her and tried so hard. Just know that you did everything you could. And I am positive she KNEW you were trying to help her. Animals know our intentions.
