I am lucky here that both TSC & my local feed store have this. I had to call ahead to the feed store for them to get it in their weekly order, but they ordered some extra bags, because people were calling about it. I don't mind calling a few days ahead of time, but maybe enough will want it that will carry it. Since it comes right from Purina, it is fresh.

I saw that feed at TSC last week but did not buy it; I am on the fence but reading the comments perhaps the SFL is a better source of protein. I did however buy the new Purina duck food, I was very excited about that. Also, I am able to get the pelleted Flock Raiser, and it's amazing how much longer a bag lasts than using the crumble. But I have to special order it because it's not regularly stocked for whatever reason.

I had to stop buying the Omega-3 enhanced. They just didn't like it. I went back to regular Layena which they like.

Anyone done this? I'm not sure if it's worth all the trouble for a measly $5 off coupon...harassed by Purina for life...still...$5 is $5...

I agree about it looking more like marketing. Still, I'd try it if I didn't have a cross-beak EE who needs crumbles and 3 roosters...
