thats my new rooster.... what i would like to no is how old and what breed. i can tell he's at least part americauna and looks like he could alsough have some silver laced wine dot in him too.....

Looks like part wyandotte, probably around a year old based on the fact that he doesn't have very large spurs (unless they were trimmed) as for names a personal favorite is Mother-Clucker

He’s an Easter egger. Can’t see his spurs in that picture, they’re a pretty good indication of age.

Here’s my EE cockerel ‘Klondike’ for comparison. He’s 9 months old. His spurs are 1/2” now. Mine has a beard and muffs and a prominent pea comb. Other than that, they look very similar. I have no idea what his genetics are.

okay i think i figured out his age, his spurs are just little nubs so year, year and a half... i alsough like the name mother-clucker but i think my mom would not! approve im currently thinking about hobbes from the comic strip calvin and hobbes.... not sure yet tho...
